Home Improvement Loans
Members may apply for up to $5,000 to finance just about any home
improvement. Repayment term is up to 5 years. There is no mortgage
associated with this loan product.
Home Equity/Second
Mortgage Loans
Qualified home owners may borrow up to $200,000*. A second mortgage
or lien will be placed on the property. The repayment term is up to 15 years. Members may choose from a fixed rate, installment loan option or a line-of-credit with check-writing privileges.

Payments)
Qualified home owners may borrow up to 100% of their property value or
$200,000 whichever is less*. A second mortgage or lien will be placed on
the property. Affordable interest only payments are required. The
repayment term is a five year balloon with a variable rate based on Prime
as quoted in the Wall Street Journal.
*Home Equity amount is up to 100% of your certified home appraisal or tax
statement -- minus the balance of your first mortgage.
